The Sports & Games Committee of Bhoj Reddy Engineering College for Women successfully organized the Two-Day Inter-Section Annual Students' Sports & Games Meet 2025–26 on 26th and 27th February 2026. The event aimed to promote physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, leadership, and sportsmanship among students through healthy competition. The Sports Meet was inaugurated in the gracious presence of Dr. Sudha Vepa, Secretary, SLV; Dr. Ch. Sujatha Gangadhar, Chief Operating Officer, SLV; Dr. Gracy Saila Sree, Director–HR & Academics, SLV; Dr. G. Shyama Chandra Prasad, Principal, BRECW; and Mr. G. Dayakar Reddy, Vice Principal, BRECW. Their presence inspired and encouraged the students to actively participate in the event. Inaugural Session The inaugural session commenced at 09:30 AM on 26th February 2026, graced by eminent dignitaries: Dr. Sudha Vepa, Secretary, SLV Dr. Ch. Sujatha Gangadhar, Chief Operating Officer, SLV Dr. Gracy Saila Sree, Director–HR & Academics, SLV Dr. G. Shyama Chandra Prasad, BRECW Mr. G. Dayakar Reddy, Vice Principal, BRECW HODs, HOFs, faculty members and students of BRECW A circular inviting student participation was issued on 24th February 2026, and the sports meet received an enthusiastic response from students representing various departments and sections. The event featured a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports, including Volleyball, Basketball, Throwball, Handball, Kho-Kho, Tennikoit, Chess, Carroms, Running, and Relay Race. All competitions were conducted efficiently under the guidance of the Sports & Games Committee and faculty coordinators. Students displayed remarkable enthusiasm, determination, coordination, and team spirit throughout the competitions. The events were conducted in a fair and disciplined manner, fostering healthy competition and mutual respect among participants while providing an excellent platform to showcase their sporting talents and leadership qualities. The sports meet concluded successfully with the recognition of winners and runners-up across all events. The active participation of students, dedicated efforts of faculty coordinators, and seamless organization by the Sports & Games Committee contributed significantly to the grand success of the event. The Annual Students' Sports & Games Meet 2025–26 served as a memorable celebration of sporting excellence, teamwork, and the vibrant sporting culture of the institution.
