An Awareness Program on the National Digital Library of India (NDLI) was organized on 06 March 2026 for the students of III ECE–B. About Session National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is an online digital library platform developed under the Ministry of Education and implemented by Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. NDLI is a single platform that gives access to millions of educational resources, such as: Textbooks, Research papers, Journals, Lecture videos, Question papers, Theses and dissertations. The Resource Person, M Madhavi, Lecturer, Department of Biotechnology, KVRRDCW, delivered an informative talk highlighting the importance of NDLI Club. The session began with a brief introduction highlighting the importance of digital libraries in modern education. Students were informed about how NDLI integrates learning resources from various national and international institutions into a single platform. The program aimed to familiarize students with digital learning resources available through NDLI and to promote effective utilization of online academic content for learning, research, and skill development. The objective of the NDLI Awareness Program is to introduce students to the National Digital Library of India platform, NDLI can be accessed anytime any where, demonstrate methods of accessing digital academic resources, enhance students’ research and self-learning skills, encourage the use of authenticated digital study materials and to promote lifelong learning through digital libraries. The program included the following key points: 1. Explanation of NDLI’s purpose, features, and benefits for engineering students. 2. Step-by-step guidance on creating NDLI accounts. 3. Live demonstration showing how to: Search books, journals, and video lectures. 4. Filter resources based on subject, education level, and language. 5. Access study materials relevant to Electronics and Communication Engineering. 6. Discussion on how NDLI supports exam preparation, project work, competitive exams, and research activities. The students showed enthusiastic participation throughout the program. Many students successfully registered on the NDLI portal during the session and explored available resources
