About Department :

The Department of Business Administration was started in the year 2006, strives for quality management education. The program is aimed with strong emphasis on transforming young graduate girls into successful business leaders, women entrepreneurs, for the society and development of sound academia in the current global perspective.

BRECW offers two years full time Master's program in Business Administration (MBA) approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to JNTU, Hyderabad. The total intake for MBA is 240 constituting of 4 sections.

The program is intended towards rigorous learning, case analysis method and focusing on personal effectiveness with multi task activities. The curriculum is designed to excel professional skills and imparted through theoretical concepts applicable in real- life situations, interacting with business tycoons, experiencing the exposure of the corporate, deep understanding of functioning of the organizations and their hierarchical structures. The students seek knowledge and learning skills to enable in effective decision-making.

Business organizations are facing new challenges. While striving to keep pace with technological evolution and be globally competitive, they now confront unpredictable global economic scenarios and fast depleting natural resources. In this environment, decision making has become more complex and fallible. The programme also directs involving research and analysis in IV semester on specific topic in a particular specialized area in any organization and prepares report based on the research studies performed during the given time.

Apart from regular curriculum the department conducts Guest Lectures, Traditional Day, and Workshops and organizes Annual Management Fest.

Specialization Courses

The students shall take single specialization offered in III and IV semesters. The student shall choose any specialisation offered viz. Finance, HRM, Marketing and Systems.
