General rules
-
The Student ID card should be presented
at the time of issue/return/renewal of a book/periodical/CD,
etc.

Student should get the book duly
issued/returned/renewed at the Circulation Counter and
collect them in person.

Reference resources will not be issued.
Reservation
-
A Member may reserve two books at any
time by registering the details of the required titles in
the Reservation slips available at the Library Counter
-
The availability of the reserved book
would be informed through circular on the library notice
board.

The reserved book should be collected
from library within 2 days from the date of intimation,
otherwise the reservation stands cancelled.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
- The Member should not remove, mark, deface or disfigure
in any way, any volume, document, or other objects belonging
to the Library or in its custody, and should not bring into
the Library or kindle therein any fire or flame.
- Members will have to make good any loss or damage to the
books, etc.
Loss of books taken on loan should
be reported to the Librarian immediately. Members concerned
may replace the books so lost or pay double the cost of the
books
