Assoc Proff Sreekumar Reddy M. Tech, Head of the Department. The department has well established instrumentation labs such as : 1     Instrumentation Lab I 2     Instrumentation Lab II 3     Instrumentation Lab III 4     Process Control Lab The department recently developed instrumentation lab-III (as required by the new regulations of JNTU) consisting of Gas Analyzer, Liquid Gas Chromatography, Spectrophotometer, Flame Photometer, etc. The The Instrumentation Lab II which includes computer lab exclusively to conduct computer based instrumentation experiments with latest licensed software in the area of spice modeling and PCB Layout Design. The department conducted the following Wokshops, Seminars, etc : 1     Two-day Conference on "Sensors and Instrumentation" on 5-6 January 2002 2     One day Symposium on "Low Power VLSI Design" on 23 February 2003 3     Three-day Workshop on "DSP Architectures & its Applications" on 10-12 December 2004  - Jointly        organised along with Depts of ECE & EEE.      Instrumentation Engineering Lab-I Process Control Lab Instrumentation Engineering Lab-II Instrumentation Engineering Lab - III
