Guidelines for the Project seminar – I:

 

  1. Students need to submit a printed presentation report on the day of the seminar. This report should contain the assessment sheet and the following descriptions in regard to your project.

(one hard copy is to be submitted for the seminar – stapled).

          Note:

i.  The above information can be used during the final project report  preparation.

ii.  Students have to prepare the above information in detail and depth.

iii. Implementation, testing and execution activities will be considered for  the final seminar.

 

  1. The students must produce the ASSESSMENT data sheet – a minimum of 3 interactions with your internal guide is MANDATORY before the seminar.

 

  1. This seminar may be across the table, PPT presentation or both. Students are asked to be prepared in these two formats.

 

  1. Each team will be given 15 minutes to present their work progress followed by Q& A session for 5 minutes.

 

  1. Evaluation of these seminars will be done by an independent team.

 

  1. Students with the assessment data sheets duly assessed by the faculty are to be permitted for the seminar.    

 

  1. Team members will be evaluated individually.
